Why is my daughter so mean to me?

I go to my daughters house for her birthday and all she did was yell at me, I have never done anything mean to her and have always I mean always tried to help her in every practical way without judging her. She just complains about anything and everything I do like even making a cup of tea, or using too many pillows on the couch and I gave her several presents that day and didn't even get a thank you yet she thanks her rotten grandma for her card (the one who turned her into a stripper) and didn't thank me at all for any of the gifts I gave her and she forgot when my birthday is and didn't even call me on mothers day. Shes acts spoiled and ungrateful to me all the time. I called her 3 times on Mothers day and she didn't even call me back. This is the way she always acts towards me and I am always left wondering why and cant figure out at all how anyone can be so mean especially for no reason. And especially if you are a nice fun person like everyone says I am.
