Exercising and dieting, no difference and then sudden weight loss?

No worries, altho ur right to double-check when u know u want to b abl 2 get PG later.... It's amazing how much the weight of the human body can change based on water retention, dehydration, menstrual cycle & even 'bowel movements'. Let's not even talk about how different scales can differ & how 1 scale will show ur weight pounds less on a carpet vs a tile or wood floor! This is why experts suggest only weighing yourself once per week or less (under all the same conditions, if possible), better yet, use the fit of ur clothes to track whether ur gaining or losing too much (while keeping in mind that it's really common for girls & women to change a size between 1st half of cycle & the 2nd).
