Life after gallbladder removal. Please help me?

I had my gallbladder removed when i was 19 yrs old i am now 29 i really didn't have much change after, i was just told to drink more water than i use too. I was 5'8 165 before the surgery and didn't gain or loss any weight after the surgery the pain is bearable, i unluckily got a cough right after the surgery which really hurt like you know what to cough(use a pillow pressed to your stomach if you do have to cough it helps a lot ) other than that i had slight diarrhea for about a month and that went away. But as you've stated above everyone's different so i would talk to your doctor about what side effect you might expect based on your medical history.
