How to lose an easy 10lbs as fast as possible?

When you feel like eating, drink a lot of water. Aim for the eight 8-ounce glasses you're supposed to have daily. Also, rather than sitting around being bored, you should go hang out with your friends or go for a walk. When you're busy and having fun, you don't really realize you're exercising.
