What are some good weight loss stories ?

For losing weight i had started playing football. it is the best way to lose weight. and with that i used to Do some regular exercises. do jogging in early morning, cycling in the evening, eat more vegetables in dinner and lunch, and also did one more exercise that is do workout on on stairs at your home go up and down. it was very effective. and i just lose 20 pounds in 7 weeks. :)
