Where can I find a Manchester United Van der Sar jersey that can be shipped to the US?

I found the shirt at the mega store website but they won't ship to the US. Instead they send me to the terrible Man Utd Shop USA which has a horrible, lackluster selection and charges much more than the Mega Store after you do the Euro to dollar conversion. The US website does not carry a goalkeeper's jersey at all. I can't find it on any of my usual soccer websites either. Anyone know where I can get one online? Thanks so much!
