Worried peranoid, while pregnant ?

I am 8 weeks pregnant I found out last week and I was shocked because I also had spotting, and I just thought It was a normal period so when I went to the doctors he told me It was just implantation bleeding that had happened in my 5th and 6th week of pregnancy. I'm not sure on what would happen at your second appointment because I have not been to my appointment yet as my first one is tomorrow morning, but the doctor told me I will most likely have an ultrasound because of the bleeding so they might also give you a ultrasound, or If not just ask for one just to reassure you that everything is fine.
