Is this "Fake"(colored contacts, colored hair...)?

Some people classify being "fake" as a fake personality and some people classify it as changing what you were born with. I have had a nose job and breast implants.)the implants look natural and are not an unatural looking size) I had a breast augmentation because of an odd hormonal thing (my breasts would fluctuate in size too drastically). I have light brown hair. I wear natural looking makeup. I am considering though getting colored contacts. Would this be too "fake". Just after plastic surgery I am afriad that this will be looked as just too much. What is your take?
