My friend's personality changed after she did a cosmetic surgery, how should I deal with it?

she looked better before. if anything happens when your around tell her to watch her mouth and tell her "believe it or not your not superior to everyone around you" set her back in her place. just tell your gf she deserves better. thats really all you can do.
